You You can set the timezone by clicking on the taskbar clock and selecting from the Timezone dropdown menu. The taskbar clock can be activated under User Interface > Desktop > Taskbar Items. (Default)

Carries over the time and date and sets the hardware clock. Once the date and time is set, click Change date and time to save the change.
