ICG Restart after UMS Update

After a UMS upgrade from UMS 12.4 to 12.5, the IGEL Cloud Gateway (ICG) has to be restarted. For details, see IGEL UMS Update and IGEL Cloud Gateway - Managing an ICG Connection in the IGEL UMS.

Distributed App Repositories

Administrative Task to Manage Licenses

You can configure administrative tasks to delete expired and duplicated licenses. For details, see Cleanup Device Licenses as an Administrative Task in the IGEL UMS .

Delimeter Option for Exporting Views

You can now define the type of delimeter to be used when saving views and sending views as email in the CSV format. Known Issue with Oracle Database

It is not possible to migrate from a non-Oracle Database to an Oracle Database via RMAdmin. Fo rdetails, see How to Migrate a UMS Database From Embedded DB to Microsoft SQL Server .

OS 12 Devices as Wake on LAN Proxy

You can now configure a OS 12 device to serve as a Wake on LAN proxy for the UMS, to wake up devices in different networks. For details, see Wake on LAN Configuration in the IGEL UMS and How to Deploy a Wake on LAN Proxy for Distributed Environments in IGEL .

License Registration

The UMS does not allow the duplicate registration of device licenses anymore. For details, see Device Licenses .

Recycle Bin

Upload Files as Copy

You can now upload a file whit a filename that already exist. The filename will be automatically changed and Managing Device Attributes for IGEL OS Devices in the IGEL UMS .
